A. The Starting Point:

We will assist you in choosing the best possible location for your pool. Our expertise will allow us to deal with all possible workable impediments that may arise, such as, drainage, soil types, rock, water tables, ground elevation, retaining walls etc?

B. Choosing a Shape and Size:

You can choose amongst our numerous preset shapes or create your unique personal design. Personalizing your pool is made possible with our versatile FLEX PANEL. There are no limits to innovation when it comes to designing the exact pool of your dreams.

C. Adding your Accessories:

Now that you have decided on a shape and size for your pool, we will assist in adding those special features that make your pool unique. Characterizing your pool with the appropriate items such as the recirculation and filtration system, heaters, salt chlorinators, lights, stairs, swim-outs, diving boards/rocks, slides, along with digital and remote controls for all functions will make your pool just right for you.

D. The Building Permit:

Your local municipality can supply the proper application for your submission. You will require a site plan, indicating the placement of the pool, pool equipment and type of enclosure on the plan. We can assist you in preparing your submission.

E. Staking out the Pool:

Utilizing engineered drawing with the exact measurements we will define your pool in your back yard, allowing you to visualize the shape and size of the pool which will also include the concrete decking.

F. Pool Excavation:

The excavation will be 3 feet larger than the actual size of your pool throughout the entire perimeter. This will allow for the assembly of the pool panels and supporting braces.

G. Assembling of the Pool Panels:

The panels are bolted together, secured with the bracing system, squared off, leveled and plumbed as per the engineered drawing. The rough plumbing is put in place and pressure tested, all stairs and any accessories that are part of the wall structure are also added at this point. Concrete is then hand poured over the plumbing pipes, and bracing system, solidifying the whole.

H. The Concrete Deck:

Once the concrete footings have cured, the pool is backfilled with sand fill, than topped with a granular material. The deck forms and re-enforcing steel are situated around the contour of the pool, according to the size and shape of your deck. Concrete is then poured and carefully trolled creating the beautiful and long lasting deck of your choice.

I. Finishing the Pool Bottom:

Following the engineered drawing a cement bottom is smoothly and precisely trolled to accommodate your pool liner.

J. Installing the Vinyl Liner:

The liner with the pattern you selected is then meticulously installed into place and the water is added. The plumbing of the pool equipment is finalized. At this point we will perform a show of operation for your new pool
